Synopsis of picture book
The main character is Taro who lives in Osaka, Japan.
He went to his grandmother's house in "Kunisaki".
That evening, my grandmother told him the old story of Kunisaki's Oni.
Taro thought that there should be no Oni, but he had a mysterious dream late at night.
Illustrations in picture books
The illustrations were created by Gaku Nakagawa.
He is also a monk at Zuisenji Temple in Kyoto, and he works on many illustrations that are the motifs of the Buddhist world.
We thought that his design fit of worldview of the Japan Heritage "Kunisaki".
