    瑠璃光寺

It is one of the Rokugo Manzan Temples, which is reported to be built in 717. It is said that this temple had 14 temple buildings during its golden era. After several fires, the current main hall was built on the ruins of an auditorium that was used to conduct Shujooni-e ritual in the past. Although it is not sure when the Shujooni-e was held then, there are aspects such as an Araioni mask with Genroku 8 (1695) inscription. Besides this, the statue of Buddha that escaped the fires is still enshrined.
