On the surface inside the "wooden mask" that was introduced to Fukiji Temple, there are faint letters of "Kyuan 3 (1147)" and "GoShusho-e". It is understood that the mask was used for the Shujooni-e ritual and this mask is said to be a prototype of Shizumeoni.
